Terms of Use

Sukinho is a voice conversation practice service with an artificial intelligence tutor.

Today you can practice English (en-US) and Korean (ko-KR) from Portuguese (pt-BR).

It is a practice and training tool. It does not replace formal education, regular courses, or any official language certification.

To use Sukinho, you must be at least 13 years old.

By registering, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. We only ask for your broad age band, never your complete date of birth.

Users aged 13-17: data processing observes Brazil's Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), Art. 14, always in the minor's best interest. We do not require parental authorization, per ANPD Statement 01/2023.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You agree to use Sukinho only for legitimate personal learning purposes.

Prohibited: (a) using the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose; (b) abusing the service or harassing other users; (c) attempting to extract data, reverse-engineer, or bypass technical limits; (d) using unauthorized automation, bots, or scripts; (e) reselling or commercializing access.

Tutor responses are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinations.

Use content with good judgment and never treat it as absolute truth, professional advice, medical diagnosis, or authoritative source.

Paid plans (from R$ 49/mo) are RECURRING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS. By subscribing, you authorize automatic, periodic (monthly) charges on your chosen method (credit card or PIX). The first charge occurs at signup and the subscription RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY each month.

Billing continues month after month AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT CANCEL. There is no permanent free plan and the subscription has no automatic end date: it only stops being charged when you cancel.

You may CANCEL AT ANY TIME, with no penalty, on the Subscription page or via support. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the already-paid cycle, with no prorated refund of remaining days (except the right of withdrawal below).

A signup coupon may grant 7 days of free taste (15 free minutes) at no charge; at the end of that period, if you subscribe to a plan, recurring billing begins. The amount is that of the chosen plan and may change if you switch plans (with prior notice at signup).

Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of subscribing (CDC Art. 49), cancellation entitles you to a full refund. Refund instructions are in your email receipt or the support center. Payments are processed by a payment gateway.

The platform, software, Suki brand, tutors, educational materials, and pedagogical design belong to us and are protected by law.

Content you speak or write during lessons is yours. We process it only to operate the service (real-time analysis, feedback generation, progress recording), per the Privacy Policy. We do not retain audio recordings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukinho is provided "as is", without warranties regarding learning outcomes, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or error correction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Exception: Sukinho does not exempt itself from liability for LGPD violations, personal data breaches, or gross negligence.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings or by requesting support.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, abusive use, or unlawful activity.

After cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except data we must retain by legal obligation.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law (Civil Code, Consumer Protection Code, LGPD).

For consumer transactions, the consumer's right to file suit in their home jurisdiction is reserved, per Consumer Protection Code Art. 101, I. For other relations, jurisdiction is elected to the Court of Ariquemes/RO.

No clause in these Terms may violate non-waivable consumer rights guaranteed by the CDC or LGPD.

When paid plans activate, payments will be processed by a payment gateway contracted by Sukinho. Sukinho's Terms of Use govern platform use; the payment processor's terms govern financial processing.

When you start, you choose your origin language (the language you learn from). For pedagogical and technical reasons, the origin language is set once and cannot be changed afterward.

You may study as many target languages (tracks) as you like within the same subscription, and add or switch tracks at any time. New target languages are added continuously.
